Every product we make starts with eggs from our own hens. We currently have 11 little ladies, 5 of whom are coming up on their 3rd year with us. The newest 6 are just starting to lay as the NE Ohio weather is warming up and daylight is increasing. We've gotten 4 "fairy eggs" in the last week! They are super spoiled - snacking on Kale, Blueberries, Coconut, Pomegranate Arils, Pumpkin, Apples, Squash, Watermelon, along with a healthy layer feed, scratch, worms, and all the things they find in the yard and their run!

If it's in our Gluten Free Dairy Free line, it's made with Coconut Oil, King Arthur 1:1 Gluten Free Flour, and any milk requirements are substituted with Soy milk. We also use La Tourangelle baking spray and Nestle Allergen Free morsels for these recipes.
